Waterfront Safety

Safety is our top priority. Please supervise all children and pets at all times near the water.

Our waterfronts are natural and beautiful, but conditions can include slippery rocks, uneven terrain, and moving water. With proper supervision, guests can safely enjoy swimming, wading, soaking pools, islands, and the peaceful sights and sounds of the creek or pond. Swimming, using any boats, tubes, water toys, or any activities on the property are at your own risk.

Respect for the Properties and Outdoors

Please remove outdoor shoes when inside.

Smoking is not permitted inside any property. Smoking is allowed outdoors only please use provided ashtrays.

Please treat the lodge, cabins and furnishings with care so future guests can enjoy them as well.

Pets

We welcome well-behaved pets at select properties.

• A per-stay pet fee applies (service animals are always welcome).
• Pets must be supervised outdoors and at the waterfront.
• Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds.
• Pets left alone inside should be crated or contained.
• Please clean paws before entering and clean up all pet waste (bags provided).

Excessive cleaning related to pets may result in additional cleaning charges.

Booking & Stay Details

Minimum stay requirements vary by season and property and are shown at booking.

Check-in and check-out times are property specific. Early check-in or late check-out may be available by request, depending on cleaning schedules, fees may apply.

A professional cleaning fee is applied to your stay. We ask you to leave the property in good condition. We want every guest to feel at home, and we take great pride in providing a clean and comfortable space for you. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you have a concern or question.
